What is a Comp Card?
A comp card (short for composite card, also known as a zed card, sed card, or model card) is the standard marketing tool and business card for fashion and commercial models, actors, and talent. Typically printed double-sided on heavy cardstock (usually 5.5" × 8.5" or A5), it features a striking headshot on the front and several editorial or commercial looks on the reverse, along with essential physical statistics and agency or contact information.
How It Works
Creating a comp card usually requires expensive desktop publishing software or agency fees. CompCard simplifies the entire workflow into four straightforward steps:
- Upload your photos: Select and arrange your best headshot and portfolio images directly in your browser.
- Enter your details: Add your name, key physical measurements (height, bust/chest, waist, hips, shoe, eye and hair color), and representation or contact details.

- Download your PDF: Export a high-resolution, print-ready PDF ready for digital submissions or professional print shops.
